How much does your newborn eat per feeding?

My newborn daughter Is 3 weeks and shes been eating 4 oz a feeding at least every 2-3 hrs . She’s been pushing it for 5 but the pediatrician told me no more then 4 unless she’s extremely fussy. Is this too much? my cousin has a son 3 days older who’s eating 2 oz every feeding.

My son is 5 weeks and drinks 3 oz but occasionally has 4. I changed the nipples on his bottles to the preemie size, it has the slowest flow. The bottles I purchased came with newborn nipples but he drank the milk way too fast and he would ask for more every time. I am pumping and bottle feeding him so it always felt like I couldn’t keep up, the lactation consultant told me to change the bottles to dr. Browns and use the preemie nipples and he now paces himself and drinks 3 oz per feeding “2-3 hrs”

My daughter is 7 weeks & drinks 4-5 oz every 2-3 hours. For like 3 days she drank 6oz. 
I think it was because she’s growing. But she’s back to 4-5 oz.
I also had an issue with the nipples. I use playtex & the slow nipple. Works great for us.

She eats between 3-4 Oz often. Sometimes less. It's a lot more than she should need with her current weight, but she's just not full of we don't give her that amount..

My daughter usually does 3 oz of formula if she hasn’t eaten from the breast first but if she has then she eats 2 oz. she’s 4 weeks old.
