Pregnancy test querry please help?

Hi there. So i am 11 days late for my period. I took 2 tests at 3 days late. Both negative but 1 has an evap line to this date which i know means nothing but i cant help but wonder.

So, i took a clear blue test yesterday but i had urinated 1 hour before taking it was 1 hour enough time to build enough hcg? It was negative.

What are the chances i could still be pregnant ? I think me using a test 1 hour after urinating was a bad idea but i would like some help please?
