3 month old teething? (Just turned 3 months)

A lot of websites say different things about teething at an earlier stage. My 3 month old is showing SIGNS of teething but his gums look the same as when he was born. Well, they were always bumpy and had some white spots. So that’s what’s confusing me.

For the past week or two, He’s Definitely been drooling A LOT more than he ever did before, more fussy, sleep has gone down too (back to waking up every 2 hours), and eating less (before would be on the boob for 5 mins -he’s a fast eater, has always been since he was a week old), but now he’s on the boob for 3.5 mins every time. He’s ALWAYS putting his hands in his mouth, and anything he holds he tries to put in his mouth too.

What do you guys think? I’m reading that the first teeth that grow in are the bottom front ones but I keep checking his gums around that area and it looks the same as it did when he was born. The white spots are more like where his canines are.

Need some answers! Lol
