If you’re not really showing much, just make sure they’re aware that you’re pregnant. There are certain pressure points in a pregnant woman’s legs and feet that can cause problems for mom and baby if pressure is applied.

Yes but only from nice well ventilated salons. Not those cheap little places that smell like a nail salon.

I get pedis all throughout pregnancy. Foot/ calf massages and all :)
