Im 4 weeks postpartum and something definitely has to be wrong with me ! I’m seeing my doctor next week but can’t understand what it could be. It starts off as a really bad stomach ache with some cramps then the pain creeps up to where my ribs are and into my chest.. the pain is so painful it leads me to crying on the floor , trying to breathe because it gets hard to breathe ..idk if it’s my uterus or my intestines it’s just a really bad achy feeling .. it happens every day or every other day once a day and last for about 20-30 min . Also my hands get tingly and I get really dizzy and nauseous. Any ideas ?
