I have the ring of pearls on both my ovaries so I know painful ovulation is a sign of cysts on the ovaries. This is my fourth round of Femara 2.5mg and I’ve been ovulating regularly now but it’s PAINFUL and uncomfortable as hell 😩 My boobs hurt to the point I can’t wear a bra and I’m a 30G. I’m fatigue and irritable. My body just hurts and it sucks because this is the time we need to have sex but I don’t have the strength. Any suggestions on what to do? Or is this something I’ll have to deal with in order to get pregnant with my PCOS. #Commentplease
