Found out why I haven’t gotten pregnant

Got a call today They said that they were missing a few things from the lab work and got some of the information wrong but they said that I'm not ovulating so they want me to check up with my primary care doctor to see if my diabetes is under control and if it is then they're going to put me on some medicine to get me ovulating and start my cycles again. So I’m not ovulating. Has anyone ever had that happen before?
