Work and pregnancy

So in a care Assistant so shift work I work days but I was thinking to go on to night shifts which is 9:45pm-7:45am 3-4 nights a week but not sure if it’s a good idea. Is there anyone else here who works night shifts while pregnant I’m currently 9week any advice would be much appreciated
