I went to my doctors yesterday and my blood pressure was 140/80, typically it’s around 130/70 or so... they are worried about me developing preeclampsia because of this so are having me do a 24 hour urine collection to get a baseline for future use.

She said not to worry but obviously now I’m worried!! Anyone else have a similar situation?? Is my doctor just being extra cautious ?

(Also I took my BP at home today and it was 122/82 so I’ll continue to take it 2x a day to monitor it)
