Any cough that lasts over two weeks should be seen by a doctor and as for what I’m hearing his breathing sounds like he’s mouth breathing which should also be checked out, try to get a video more of him sleeping to hear breathing the best make it at least 1 min long

His breathing is hard for me to hear but from what I can tell it sounds like my 5 month old anytime she is exerting herself
