Prenatals and Other Supplements TTC
I apologize if this has been asked before, i haven’t figured out how to search within a group yet. I’m TTC and in my 30s. This would be my first child and i was told by my GYN that i should begin taking prenatal vitamins while TTC. I’m curious as to your recommendations as i want to be as natural and non toxic as possible with my pregnancy.
