4 weeks and 5 days, Cramping much?

Hello!
I am confirmed 4W/5D along and I haven't had any spotting since I found out. Also. I have been having some light cramping over the last few days. BUT today, for the past 10 minutes my cramps have been a bit more intense 😬. Is this considered normal still?
I'm sorry if this question is redundant, I just wanted to see if anyone else had this same experience. This is my very first pregnancy.

Cramping is so normal. Dont let people scare you. You get the crampy feeling because your uterus is stretching and expanding to house your growing baby. When I was 4 weeks, my cramps were so intense I felt like I was going to explode. You will cramp through most of your pregnancy just due to your growing baby. The further along you get, they intensity dies off. As long as you're not in excruciating pain to where you're screaming. You're totally fine

I’m 4 weeks 5 days as well and have been cramping for the past couple of days. Last night when I got home from work my cramps were a little bit more intense than usual (felt more like period cramps instead of the very mild cramps I usually feel) but after laying down my cramps subsided. Everyone keeps telling me that’s perfectly normal, although it still scares me lol. I’m curious, have you thrown up at all? I get nauseous occasionally but have yet to actually throw up.
