Early ovulation

Glow predicted me ovulating on the 16th, but I didn’t track with opk this month. Had ewcm on the 14th and a tiny bit of spotting on the 20th. From the ewcm, is it possible I ovulated on the 14th instead of the 16th and the spotting could be implantation? Also lightly cramped most of the day on the 20th but didn’t have any spotting until that night. AF due on the 30th.
