what could it be😩

went to the gynecologist yesterday because i could not stop peeing , i just have the feeling like i need to pee all the time ... the checked me for a uti and right before i left they stopped me & said that they took 2 pregnancy tests on me , one was negative the other was positive. they advised me to go to the hospital across the street & have some blood work done & a few hours later i got a call from them. they said that my hcg levels are at 7 & that i should go back in 2 days (tomorrow) to be tested again to see if they “doubled” or increased. i truly don’t think i am pregnant but this is so weird to me ??? & now that i think about it , my period has been very weird this month. i got it around last tuesday (april 16) ... my periods typically only last 5 days so it should’ve ended by now. the first day of my period i filled 1 tampon & everyday up to now , it’s just been brown & yellow discharge coming out , not even enough to leak through a pad. my boyfriend came in me while i had a high risk of pregnancy , but all of the pregnancy tests i took at home said negative. if any of you ladies know what could possibly be going on please comment below !!😩💗

update: i noticed some light pink spotting on my toilet paper & i haven’t seen this at all throughout the last few days ...?
