Right when I think everything’s okay more problems escalate!!

So my boyfriend and I live together and I moved in but my parents don’t know. I am 19 and he’s 20. I am going on a trip with my family and he said if I go he’s going to tell my parents I live with him. I wouldn’t care about telling my parents I live with him it’s just I know my parents wouldn’t approve. He said well I’m an adult why would it matter but it does matter because it would lead me to have problems with my family which I don’t want. What do I do I feel so annoyed. Please helpppp?!!!
