STD ??

what were y’alls first symptoms of an STD? ive always had a slight urethra burning/discomfort since i had a LOT of utis at such a young age, but it is always random. and ive always been a little itchy after i shave bc the hair comes back thick and it rubs on my jeans. ive noticed it a little more since i dont wear underwear (i had a surgery on my butt that makes it uncomfortable w underwear since it always rubs up on me and irritates the scar) i have an obgyn appt in about 3 weeks so of course im gonna request to be tested, but just wanted some input
