Possible metabolic disorder?

Has anyone had to have emergency csection and their full term baby passed away shortly after birth due to a unknown metabolic disorder? If so, did you ever go on to have another baby and they were healthy?

My two week old son has a metabolic disorder we’re going to labs tomorrow for farther testing to farther identify it.
