Cramp but no period.

I am 26 years old and fat and i ran on easter day and now my stomach is cramping but no period and no blood. Idk if i hurt my stomach muscles or what but it is cramping so bad. It hurts to move or stand and or lay down. Idk what i did but im in cramping pain. But i do know i hope i get better. TIA
