ANYONE WHOS HAD CYSTS?

So I have a 4 cm cyst on my left ovary. I also have the iud Kyleena. My periods are semi irregular with Kyleena but seem to come about every month just at different times. I’m hoping this cyst will go down....but does this cyst mean I have not ovulated? I thought I saw EWCM this month. Will I get my period or will it be extra irregular? And also, is it safe to exercise even though the cyst if causing some pain? help!
