Period & Breastfeeding help
For those of you who deal with periods & sensitive nipples while breastfeeding...
How do you deal with it?! 😩 Sometimes the pain is so bad that I feel like quitting. My sensitivity starts a few days before my period and lasts throughout it. So over a week long 😓 I take ibuprofen but I can only take so many while bf and I really try not to take anything if I can help it.
