Help with increasing after sickness
I need help increasing my supply again. I'm just getting over a cold and I had my period at the same time. My milk supply has taken a drop even though I am still pumping and feeding the same. I use to pump about 9 oz in the morning and now maybe get 5 1/2 oz. All my otber sessions are down from 5 oz to 3 - 3 1/2 oz and it's not enough. I had to add formula tonight and cried my eyes out. I feel like a failure of a mom. Please, I need advice!
