Its been nearly 3 weeks since ive done the medical abortion (pills - had blighted ovum)..

I'm following up with my gynecologist because it was not a complete misscarriage and only some small clots were left. She told me not to worry as they come out with time but to contact her directly and go to ER if i have any heavy bleeding, vomiting & fever..

I awoke up today and I'm feeling a bit nauseous w/ diarrhoea but nausea is not extreme and there is no fever.. do you think i should contact her or is it fine? She didn't mention anything about having diarrhoea (my tummy hurts a bit).. do you think its just a tummy bug?
