I’m 4 weeks PP, I ended up in theatre having a forceps delivery with episiotomy as baby was stuck. My stitches have been feeling much better this last week and I think they actually came out yesterday but I’m still getting tiny specs of blood when i wipe and yesterday I actually got quite a bit of blood (it seemed to start and stop pretty quickly) it was definitely from the epi scar as I got a mirror and had a look. Has anyone had anything like this before? It doesn’t look like it’s opened but I don’t understand why it started bleeding!

Also how long before you guys had sex after an epi?
