Have you ever leaked through your pad/tampon?

I’m not embarrassed, more annoyed that I have stained my things

Happened too many times to count.
Most recently, whilst away on honeymoon I leaked in my sleep. So glad they have a washing machine here.
Managed to get the blood out.
Was super embarrassed but my partner just reassured me it is natural and nothing I should feel embarrassed by.

So basically i was out camping with one of my best friends and I thought I was only on a light flow so I only had a regular pad on overnight and I don’t usually change it. Anyway, I leaked through it all over my sleeping bag and I was so embarrassed. Even tho my friend was female and she has her period too, i felt really bad because I spent a lot of the day cleaning out the blood. She was very supportive tho :)
