Anyone else get a bad breakout after their period?

My skin is as flawless as it gets (which for me still isnt clear, thanks genetics) like the 2 weeks before and during my period, then I break out really bad right after for about a week ish.

I tried to Google it and all of the articles talked about breaking out before or during, but couldn't really find a solid article on after.

Just wondering if any of you have some real world experience and what you've found to be the cause/solution!
