I am 10 weeks and 2 days. I have horrible acid reflux and did even before I was pregnant. I keep forgetting, and haven’t brought it up to my doctor yet but will at my upcoming appointment. I am usually throwing up between 1-3 times a day, and lately I have noticed I throw up air during my first couple attempts at vomiting. It’s almost like a loud burp while vomiting and nothing comes up but air. After doing that a couple times, I usually vomit whatever I ate. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this trapped air inside me?! And any advice on how to reduce it or similar experiences would be appreciated.
