I did some cleaning in my bedroom to finish getting baby girl’s stuff set up and organized. It didn’t seem too much at the time but my lower back and hips hurt so bad today, I can barely walk. I’m going to try a heating pad to see if that helps but ugh I am feeling miserable. It doesn’t help that I barely got any sleep last night from the pain

Plus I’m all crampy like I have been for the past couple of weeks so that just adds to the fun
