Baby chair

How long can my 3 month old nap in his chair? It moves side to side & he likes the motion, he falls asleep in it all the time. I put him in there at night so he can fall asleep, then wait 20 mins to move him into his bed.

But during the day, when I move him out of his chair during his naps, he wakes up and doesn’t go back to bed he just fusses.. so I just wanna keep him in it but how long can he stay in it lol
