I was driving down the big hill near where I work when there was a lady in her driveway making hand motions to slow down. I was going 32 but I gave her a courtesy wave and slowed down to 25, because I get it and it’s your neighborhood and let’s be a little safer - no problem. After I was down to 25, I gave her a thumbs up and a smile and she gave me a dirty look and started shaking her head at me.

Wtf?!!

Here I am, respectfully acknowledging that I am in the wrong, fixing it, and giving her a smile, and that was her response.

I just moved to Utah and I have never lived somewhere with ruder people.
