Will she miss me?

My daughter is 18 months old and I’ve been invited to a 3 day hen do. I just wondered if she’s old enough to miss me/wonder where I am as I hate the thought of that! I’m a stay at home mum so we spend all our time together. Will be leaving her with her dad who she is perfectly happy with! Thanks!

Absolutely. I had to leave my first daughter around the same age for a few days when my father passed away. I’m also a SAHM and I was so upset leaving her. My husband said she was asking where I was and talked about me often. We did FaceTime every night to say goodnight and she was always so happy to see me. Maybe you can do similar.
