I’m on cycle day 19. My breasts and nipples are so tingly and hurting! 🤔

i have a 32 day cycle and my boobs begin aching/tingling and very sore nipples at cycle day 14 (around ovulation) and continue to hurt and get worse until my flow starts. pms sucks! but symptoms month to month can vary so it's not a good indicator of pregnancy.
