Hello mommas I need recommendations.. I been getting mixed reviews on this lactation teas .. and I wanted to know if anyone has tried them and what your thought were on them? I’ve heard of mommas loosing milk supply with them 😩

I donate my breastmilk due to oversupply and the company indicated they won’t accept milk if we use this tea. So I don’t use it.

I heard great things about Red Raspberry Tea, It helps with pregnancy, birth, afterbirth, and milk production 🙂.

It does/can make you and baby gassy. Apparently fenugreek can do that. Also keep in mind too much fenugreek can actually lower your milk supply from what I heard. I don’t know if it really made a difference for me. It didn’t taste very good. I would let it cool so it was just warm and I would chug it while I held my breath 🤣

I’ve never tried this but I’ve been specifically told not to ingest peppermint because it can decrease your supply and this tea has peppermint in it so I stayed away. Seems kind of like a scam

The taste wasn’t as bad as I thought but I put quite a bit of sugar in it lol. I didn’t notice a change in my supply. I tried pretty much everything to up my supply but the only thing that worked for me was to pump more.

Love it!! Used it and had tons of milk started my freezer supply as soon as I got home from the hospital.
