Serious question here, but I feel stupid for asking.

I'm 43 and started going through menopause at 40. Periods MIA. We waited till the house was bought and 7 years to get married. And unfortunately right at the same time I was told about menopause. We are now married 2 yrs, together 10. We want to have our own family, and I wonder if there are any Grant's for couples in this situation. He has no children if his own.
