So my period is usually pretty light and brown due to birth control but yesterday it started pretty heavy and I put a mentrual cup in at about 9pm and about 2:30 am I woke up to the cup leaking because it was so full. Then when I woke up at 6:30am it was already almost full again when I emptied it. I emptied it again when I got home at 12:45 and it was already leaking again from being so full. This seems like a lot more than usual especially since the cup is supposed to last about 12 hours. Is that okay? Also the blood isn’t clotty at all it’s pretty thin.
