21 lb Weight loss
Feeling a lot more confident after 21 lbs. I still have 25 to go and I want to tone up what I have. All I’ve done is cut my calories to 1200ish a day and every two weeks I have a cheat day and eat whatever I want. I still eat a dessert daily (If I’m feeling it) and I’ve lost 21 in 7.5 weeks! I don’t even exercise but that’s about to change as I need to tone! Weight loss isn’t about starving or cutting out all the “bad stuff” I just added more greens to all the bad stuff I eat and eat smaller portions instead of filling my plate. I’m feeling healthier mentally too! Good luck to anyone struggling! It’s doable!
