I’ve had such intense sugar cravings recently and so little self control when it comes to sweets especially cookies, muffins, all that stuff. I feel like I’ve gotten in the habit of having them almost everyday or whenever they are available and even tho the rest of my diet is super clean and I exercise a lot, it doesn’t make me feel good and hurts my stomach 😭😭😭 any suggestions on how to break the cycle??
