Organizing tips

I just moved into my first apartment with my husband and my daughter and I’ve never been on my own before I always lived at home so I’m kind of at a loss there’s so much space and I just want to organize it well so the space could last us for a long time and be as efficient as possible what are you guys organizing tips let me know any advice is greatly appreciated thank you
