How else can I use chicken drumsticks?

I have never made them before, but there was a really good deal on them, so I bought a pack. Then my husband informs me that he does not really like eating meat on the bone. If I made them as is, he would still eat them, but he would really rather prefer a boneless chicken breast, or something like that.

How else can I serve them, other than on the bone. Maybe cook it and shred the meat off? How much meat is on them though? Would that even be worth it?
