A friend of mine had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and her due date would have been May 25th. She’s had a really tough time with it, understandably but I’d like to do something special for her around her would be due date. Is that appropriate? Will it just make her more sad? Is it weird?

She lives states away so I was thinking of sending her a candy/sweets basket or something of that nature. Any advice/input would be helpful!!
