Feeling so down

Feeling so down . Had my third <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> done and I’m pretty sure it didn’t work (12 dpiui today) . I’m 5’3 , 240 pounds so I’m technically obese . Im wondering If I’m not getting pregnant because of my weight ? 😞😞😢😔
