Weight lifting and pregnancy!!
I have just found out I’m pregnant! Only 3 weeks 3 days!! I have continued to weight train this week and I’m so nervous about it! I train with a personal trainer who has reassured me it’s ok to continue as I’ve been doing it for a year now!! But I’m paranoid and keep thinking my stomach is sore but that could just be anxiety of something happening! Im 33 and this is my first pregnancy! Any advice is much appreciated!!
