I’ve been trying to conceive for years now, please any hope with this result?

I would speak with your doctor if you haven’t already.. by reading this it honestly sounds like you’re not pregnant because there was no sac or fetal pole.. 
I’m not a doctor though.

There is hope but I would want to know what percentage of your uterine wall is covered with fibroids? If it’s 3 or 4 small ones but there’s still plenty of “space” for an embryo to implant id say just keep trying. But if he says over half of your outter uterine lining is covered in fibroids...ask to have them removed.

Maybe have surgries to remove the fibrios. I have endometriosis an i get surgrey to keep it under control.im 9 weeks pregnant and had surgery for endometriosis in Nov
