Hopefully someone has dealt with this and can shed some light because I’m just not getting any answers! Been seeing an re for 6 months - all is fine with me even given my age but dh is still in denial about his sperm issue - well we did timed intercourse I did a round of femara and a trigger in January and of course it failed but feb/March had residual cysts so wasn’t able to do any cycles - I had a cycle at the beginning of April and started spotting cd19 and full blown flo ho cd21 - it’s been the worst period ever super heavy - went in had a scam have a 21, 20 and 14mm cyst as well as multiple follicles gearing for next O. I’m in severe pain both my back and abdomen did a blood panel, estrogen was low (which is weird with 2 giant cysts) lh was was moderate - like I’m about to surge and my progesterone was high! My re wants me to get on bc to calm the cysts but gave me no more info about what the heck is going on!! I’m still on my cycle going on day 7 (usually I am 5) and it is still a regular flow! Any advice or thoughts?!!!
