8 weeks - yolk sac or twin??

We only saw and heard one heartbeat but this doesn’t look like most yolk sacs... thoughts?

They would have told you if there were two. It's almost certainly the yolk sac,  you're just not seeing it in its entirety because of the angle they needed to be at to see the baby best.
