Less movement 36 and 3

I was told on Monday that my sweet girl has IUGR and I was taken off work to monitor her more. I’m a nurse working 12 hr shifts so I wasn’t able to pay very close attention to her movements but several times a day I would notice a lot of movement to the point I was begging her to be still. Today as I was doing my kick counts I got my 10 in an hour early this morning and then around 10 am since I have only felt her move a little here and there not her normal pattern of movement. I might just be overly cautious or concerned with the new diagnosis. I have not been as active the past couple of days. I’m very scared and worried. Is this normal? Also anyone with IUGR have positive stories. I was told I could be induced at any time.
