You could improve the eyeshadow and it's practically connecting to your eyebrow at the end which doesn't look as great  
Plus, are you sure of the colour on your lid?

maybe try a lighter color. i suck w/ darker colors too lol, but maybe a sparkly silver w/ the pink? i honestly like this, but w/ a pink closer to the color of your dress

The eyeshadow definitely isn't great. Also it would help frame your face a tonnn if you did your eyebrows. Watch a tonnn of makeup videos, and you'll get it

In my opinion you need some more practice, maybe watch some YouTube tutorials on how to blend eyeshadow and stuff like that. Have fun at prom girl🙃

I feel where you are going with this. It’s a pretty hard look to do. I’m not good with dark eyeshadows if not less is still more with winged eyeliner.

I'd lighten and lower the eyeshadow just a titch. I have similar shaped eyes and it's hard not to want to keep going further up the face with wide eyes like ours. It would look absolutely lovely with a winged liner!

I'm not a make up artist, but it looks like your make up wasn't done and need a lot to finish it, unless you wanted to go with a light, natural make up then it's OK.  But for the eye shadow I would go for a different shade or I would find someone who can fix it for you

I think it’s a start but like everyone says, maybe watch some videos. 
I always layer my eyeshadow. Start with a base color (a skin tone color) and then start lightly adding. Start with a like brown or grey and very lightly start applying it and then add more but make sure you blend blend blend. Use some nice blending brushes and make sure they are clean too. Lightly dip your brush in eye shadow because you can add more later. Tap off the excess powder. And I would also do your eyebrows and the rest of your face (foundation). Maybe some thinner eye liner, not so thick, you want to use it to accent the look, not cover most of it. And put on some mascara and even some false lashes for a dramatic eye look your going for. I also would be careful with using the pinks. Just be aware of where you are putting it because some people make it look amazing and then sometimes it looks like people have pink eye or their eyes are bloodshot like their drunk. 
I personally think it looks funky when people do their eyeshadow and eyeliner and then not the rest of their face. Just keep practicing and it will get better!

Maybe just blend the eyeshadow more and clean it up but you’ll get it! There are a lot of helpful YouTube videos showing you how to do it! Have fun at prom ☺️
