No. It’s a myth that sperm needs 24 hrs to “regenerate”. You can have sex multiple times daily if you’re both comfortable with that.

No it doesnt. But depending on your mans age, it's often best to leave at least 24 hrs between ejaculations. But it only takes one sperm, so it's all good. Try every second day next month. Might help eliminate some stress too
