I have had 4 c sections, and we are TTC #5....long story short I have a scar on my uterus now and my dr doesn’t want to give me clomid due to the scar and not being able to carry possible twins due to thinning in that area. I’m only taking metformin as of now.... but I was wondering if anyone has had 5 c sections or more? I’m worried that the scar could cause me to have placenta accerta. Has anyone had that with multiple c sections? What happened as a result of that. Did you have to be followed by high risk? I already know I will be monitored more with more ultrasound pictures and I will have to have 2 Obgyn surgeons in the room.
