Feeling sick

So I got off my period after having it for 12 days and I was feeling fine earlier but now I’m feeling so nauseous and sick 😷 does anybody know why? Also this was the first period I’ve had in months bc of my birth control. I usually never get it even on the sugar pills does that have to do with anything?
