I’m confused and worried

Shante • Thu, Apr 25 • I became a mother April 1st of 2020 to a beautiful baby girl.

So I’ve taken a total of six pregnancy test, five of them being in April, and they all came out Negative. I’m on my second missed period and I’m scared because I’ve been doing research and missed periods are never a good sign if I’m not pregnant. I need answers and I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction before google says that I have cancer.
